Win a free pair of shoes! There is 1 winner a day!

Concept

The contest is organized by Diffumo nv, Stationsstraat 122, 9880 Aalter, Belgium. The participants choose their favorite shoes, fill in a shoebox code and complete their personal information.

Each week, 1 winner is randomly chosen. The winner receives a voucher that can be traded for a free pair of STONES and BONES shoes.

The voucher can be traded at the indicated store.

Term and timing

This contest started on 20th January 2011 and is continuous. No end date was specified. The contest is open to all adult people, regardless of their nationality or place of residence.

The winners will be personally informed by e-mail and posted on www.stonesandbones.com/contest/winners

Prize

Each week, 1 voucher is rewarded. The voucher can be traded for a free pair of shoes. The prize is personal and cannot be passed on to third parties.

The prize is not convertible to cash, other goods or services.

The voucher can be traded for a free pair of STONES and BONES shoes (any retail value). Only at the store that’s indicated on the voucher.

Participating in the contest

Each participant must select his favorite shoes. He or she must also fill in a valid shoebox code and provide the correct personal information. The shoebox code is validated and must derive from a purchased item.

Participating in this contest results in the unconditional acceptance of these rules. All situation that are not included in these rules will be settled by the organizers.

In case of abuse, deception or fraud Diffumo nv reserves the right to exclude the participant.

Diffumo nv reserves the right to change, suspend or shorten the contest at any time without notice. Diffumo nv cannot be held liable for this.

Printing, spelling, typesetting or other errors cannot be invoked as grounds for any obligation whatsoever.

Deciding the winners

If a participant is picked as the winner, he receives a voucher. The winner is picked randomly. Each week, 1 winner is chosen from all entries.

During the contest, a participant can only win once. Double entries will be removed.

Communication with the winner

The winner will be contacted by e-mail. The voucher will be attached to the e-mail. Diffumo nv is not responsible for any loss, damage or delay of the prize.

Privacy

Personal data will be stored securely and kept confidential. The participants have the right to access, change or remove their personal data. This data will not be lent, sold or disclosed to third parties.
